The role of immune factors in the pathogenesis of chronic liver disease.

Thus, the modern theory of immune genesis of chronic active hepatitis infectious and noninfectious etiologies suggest that the basis for the continuous destruction of liver cells, is acquired or a congenital defect of the main functions of immune cells and immune system as a whole - the recognition of "his" and "alien".
