The disease is a severe intrahepatic cholestasis, especially in pregnant women. Transition to the chronic form does not happen. Clinically severe form of acute viral hepatitis, neither A nor B is different from other acute viral hepatitis: there is weakness, abdominal pain, nausea and fever. Measures of prevention of acute and chronic viral hepatitis are a careful personal hygiene, widespread transition to a centralized sterilization of needles and syringes dry heat, and minimal use of blood, its components and the drugs and parenteral interventions.
Clinical manifestations of the transition of acute viral hepatitis in the chronic form can be persistent asthenia - malaise, weakness, decrease disability, dyspeptic disorders, loss of appetite, nausea, intolerance to fat, alcohol and tobacco, persistent weight loss, often moderately enlarged, slightly painful, with a smooth surface liver. The main difficulty is the differential diagnosis of chronic hepatitis C developed after acute viral hepatitis syndrome after hepatic asthenia, dyspepsia, biliary dyskinesia, that is functional after hepatic disorders in the intact liver. |
